1. Purpose
Health Monitor is a private, self-hosted application used by the account owner to collect, organize and review personal wellness information, including data imported from Oura.
2. Personal use only
The service is not offered to the public, does not support third-party accounts and may not be resold, sublicensed or used to provide services to other people.
3. No medical advice
The application is intended for general health and lifestyle management only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
4. Availability and accuracy
The application is provided on an "as is" basis. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate because of source systems, network issues, manual entry or software errors. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Third-party services
Health Monitor may connect to third-party services such as Oura and n8n. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
6. Privacy and data handling
Use of personal wellness data is described in the Privacy Policy. The account owner may delete stored data, disable the workflow or revoke Oura access at any time.
7. Suspension and termination
The account owner may stop using the integration, revoke Oura access or delete stored data at any time.
