1. Scope
Health Monitor is a private, self-hosted personal health dashboard operated by the account owner for personal wellness review. It is not offered to the public and does not support third-party user accounts.
2. Information processed
The application may process personal wellness information imported from Oura, including sleep, readiness, activity, recovery, heart-rate-related metrics, timestamps and related account metadata made available through the Oura API. The account owner may also add notes or configuration details needed to operate the dashboard.
3. How information is used
Information is used only to import, organize, display and review the account owner's personal wellness data. Health Monitor does not use the data for advertising, profiling, resale or services for other people.
4. Storage and automation
Health Monitor may use n8n workflow automation and private storage controlled by the account owner to retrieve and process Oura data. Infrastructure providers may process limited technical data as necessary to host, secure and operate the service.
5. Sharing
Personal wellness data is not sold, rented or shared for marketing. Data may be disclosed only when required to operate connected services, comply with a legal obligation, protect the security of the service or with the account owner's direction.
6. Retention and deletion
Data is retained only while needed for the private dashboard or backup purposes. The account owner may delete stored data, disable the n8n workflow or revoke Oura access at any time through the connected account settings.
7. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect the integration, including restricted access to credentials and private deployment settings. No internet-connected service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Medical disclaimer
Health Monitor is for personal health and lifestyle management only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency services.
