Health Monitor
Health Monitor is a private, self-hosted personal health dashboard used by the account owner to import and review personal Oura data through n8n.
The service is not offered to the public, does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and is intended only for personal health and lifestyle management.
Data handling
Oura data is used only for the account owner's private dashboard. Stored data can be deleted, and Oura access can be revoked, at any time. Questions may be sent to kk.ivanacc@gmail.com.
